Contractual expertise and pricing that guarantees you pay less for printers and photocopiers.
Some common questions answered..
Why do you want to help us?
A passion for fair play and a dislike of injustice. We actually enjoy tipping the balance in your favour.
Are you photocopier sales people or general cost reduction consultants?
Neither, we are procurement experts in one field only, photocopiers/printers/software. We are experts ourselves, not quote collectors. We work for you.
What is the benefit of your independence?
We are not influenced or biased toward any manufacturer or service agent. Sales people however can only recommend their own products and service. They can`t all be the best!
Can we choose the supplier?
Yes you can. Our service will work with any supplier. We mould their prices and terms into acceptable shape.
We have always been sold 60 month lease Agreements and matching 60 month service contracts. We never seem to reach the end because the supplier upgrades the always unreliable machines after about 3 years. Why don’t they last 5 years?
It is not in their best interests. The Service Agreement has an early termination charge. If the change were made upon expiry of 60 months there would not be a payment due to the existing supplier.
Do we need to deal with photocopier salespeople?
No. We do it all.
Do you help small companies?
Yes. Large or small - PLC to Primary School.
Can you advise as to whether the photocopiers being proposed to us are new or used?
Yes. That’s part of the service and it is possible for us to check serial numbers with manufacturers to identify age.
We have been offered a lease that includes copies what should we do?
Do not sign this type of contract. Call us immediately, we will explain in detail.
Why have we been asked to sign a 36 month lease and a 60 month SLA?
Usually because when the lease expires the SLA liability is still 2 years and with a considerable termination cost. This creates an unfair advantage for your existing supplier and can only lead to uncompetitive terms.
